Because Revie is complex, she’s often been mismanaged. Not due to uncharted territory, but lack of urgency. And because she has special needs, Revie is often judged off of her syndromes instead of seen for who she is.
Our special needs kids have fallen through the cracks in this medical field. Many of these complex kids are not dying from their disease, but because of delayed care.
Revie’s Rule means Every Child Deserves A Plan. Especially our medically complex.
